CJS 2130 - Evidence and Criminal Procedure CJS 2130 - Evidence and Criminal Procedure A study of the U.S. Constitution particularly the Bill of Rights and the Fourteenth Amendment, as they relate to the functioning of the criminal justice system. Emphasis will be placed on Individual rights, due process and civil liberties. Prerequisite: CJS 1010 with a C- or higher and ENG 1010 with a C- or higher Previous: CJS* 213, CJS* 217
