Criminal Justice: Victimology, AS (CRJS-AS-VCT)
The Victimology concentration prepares students for entry into a wide variety of positions in law enforcement, criminal justice, the courts, corrections, and victim services programs, as well as professional settings involving work with victims of crime, their families, and the community at large. It combines specialized criminal justice, victimology and general education coursework to provide students with knowledge and skills needed in working with victims. Victimology is one of eight available areas of concentration within the field of Criminal Justice .
