Grievance Procedures
This rule applies throughout the NMSU System. Any undergraduate or graduate student who believes that they have been treated unjustly by an NMSU process or person may seek redress through the appropriate university process. If there is a specific policy or rule applicable to the subject matter of the student’s concern, grievance or complaint (hereinafter “grievance”), that policy or rule and its procedures will govern.
