BUS 116 — Human Resource Management
This course presents an overview of concepts, skills, theories, and research techniques related to Strategic Human Resource Management including legal requirements, recruitment, selection, and development. Students will become familiar with compensation and security, as well as employee-management relations and workplace safety. The course will also examine current best practices and the challenges facing human resource managers in a global workplace.
