ACTG 493 — Study Abroad: 3 Credits (3 Lec)

(Su) Students must apply and be accepted into a summer faculty led study abroad program. This short-term, faculty-led study abroad course provides students with an opportunity to explore international accounting and finance practices in a global context. Through site visits, guest lectures, and cultural immersion, students will examine how accounting systems, financial reporting standards, and ethical practices vary across countries. The course emphasizes the intersection of culture, regulation, and business environment in shaping accounting decisions and professional conduct Repeatable up to 12 credits.
