BIOH 565 — Gene Expression Lab: From Genes to Proteins to Cells: 3 Credits (3 Lab)

This course is intended to develop a specific research question and to learn the appropriate techniques necessary to address the chosen research question. The primary focus will be experience with a wide breadth of laboratory techniques including tissue culture, heterlogous expression, microscopy, RNA extraction, RT-PCR, gene expression analysis, protein extraction, protien expression analysis, and data quatification
