This course provides a vast overview of the essential functions in Human Resource Management. Ideal for entrepreneurs and management/executives or those interested in learning more about the Human Resource profession. This course focuses on subject areas of the Human Resource function within a business for strategic planning, ethical and legal responsibilities, recruitment and staffing plans, employee development, compensation and benefits, safety and health, and employee and labor relations.
