EDM 419 — Methods: K-4 Art: 3 Credits (3 Lec)
(F, Sp) Requires 20 or more credits in subject area, and good standing in the Teacher Education Program. This course includes experiences that enhance your understanding of how children engage in artistic processes, learn about the historical aspects of art and construct their place in a social world. You will explore these concerns through studio experiences, readings, discussions, teaching, written reports as well as locating and gathering resources for teaching visual arts in elementary schools
