EMEC 556 — The Science and Engineering of Outdoor Sports Gear: 3 Credits ()

(Sp) In this course, several “real-world” outdoor gear engineering modules are covered via lectures and laboratories. Students will conduct experiments and analyze data to interrogate the mechanical properties, performance, and failure of common outdoor gear.
