HLD 403 — Advanced Peer Mentorship: 3 Credits (2 Lec, 1 Other)

(F) For students who have been accepted into the University Studies Peer Mentor Program. Mentors are paired with first-year students enrolled in University Studies courses. This advanced course synthesizes mentoring theory and practice through continued experiential learning. Topics include: advanced mentorship strategies, leadership development, reflective practice, and application of mentorship skills beyond the classroom. HLD 401 PreReq
