IDSN 225 — Light/Color/Lighting Systems: 3 Credits (3 Lec)

(Sp) Students will explore color theory, human response to color, and the properties of light and color and lighting systems will be examined by exploration of real-world commercial examples. The student will learn how to read plans and specify fixtures with consideration of lamps and light properties. They will demonstrate competency in color usage and lighting systems by designing projects that include reflected ceiling plans, lighting specifications and color theory

Prerequisites: IDSN 101, IDSN 130
