(F, Sp) Max 12cr. Individual study of compositional practices for acoustic/orchestral instruments, compositional processes and techniques, standard notation and part-writing, and aesthetic concepts. Students meet minimum weekly progress standards and a total requirement for minutes of music written, adjustable for the complexity of the medium . May be repeated Repeatable up to 12 credits.
