(Sp) Integrate the theories and principles of medical nutrition therapy into clinical practice. Students will apply critical thinking and knowledge of medical nutrition therapy to a variety of different disease states and patient populations including oncology, gastrointestinal disorders, liver disease, critical care, and pediatrics
