PHSX 586 — Physics by Inquiry: Heat & Temperature for Teachers: 2 Credits (2 Lab)

(Summer, odd years.) This course for middle/high school teachers focuses on core ideas of heat and temperature, as they appear in modern inquiry-oriented science education. The course will help teachers use modern curricular materials more effectively by increasing their understanding of physics concepts.
