PSCI 447 — Politics of Community Development: 3 Credits (3 Lec)

This course explores the economic, environmental, and social dimensions of community development and real world application of policies and programs. Applying theory to practice, students examine community development through various themes that include social justice, diversity and inclusion, and life in the Anthropocene. Using participatory planning and design approaches, students will apply community development concepts, methods, and skills in an applied setting
