EDUC 100 — Professionalism and Ethics in Teaching
This course will explore the role of the teaching professional in a diverse society. Standards of professional, legal and ethical teaching behavior will be addressed. The teacher’s role in addressing issues of social justice, equity, and critical other social issues will be explored. CHILD CARE CREDENTIALING INFORMATION: This course includes 45 hours in core of knowledge training including 6 hours in Child Development, 3 hours in Health, Safety, and Nutrition, 3 hours in Special Needs, 21 hours in Professionalism, and 12 hours in Community.
