This course is designed for students requiring a sequential two-semester learning program which provides an in-depth study of the anatomy and physiology of human body systems ( BIOL 203 and BIOL 204 ). Topics studied include cells and tissues and the skeletal, muscular, nervous, endocrine, and integumentary systems. The laboratory program reinforces and provides hands-on study of these body systems. The laboratory will utilize organ and animal dissections as well as models, skeletons, histology slides, and experimental studies of physiological processes.
