CRI1610 — Search and Seizure
Students will study the laws and constitutional issues governing searches and seizures by law enforcement officers. Students will gain experience in the practical application in securing, executing, and court presentation of search warrants and evidence seized pursuant to a warrant. Prerequisite/Corequisite: CRI 1510. J occasionally; C occasionally.
