CRI2510 — Police Community Relations
Students will study the traditional method of providing police services, along with problem-oriented and community-based policing. Students will discuss the interpersonal and intergroup relations between police and the public. Required topics include police ethics, stereotypes, minority relations, peer relations, and the role of technology in providing police services and crime prevention. Prerequisite: ENG 1510, CRI 1510. J occasionally; C occasionally.
