CRI2520 — Police Administration
Concentrates on contemporary principles of administration and their applications to the internal organization and management of law enforcement agencies. Students apply traditional management models/theories to various managerial concerns including planning, staffing, human resources, and leadership styles, as well as other proactive actions dealing with collective bargaining, future trends, and internal/external problem-solving. Prerequisite: ENG 1510, CRI 1510. J occasionally; C occasionally.
