EDU2340 — Working with Adolescents
Students will explore the characteristics, problems, and needs of adolescents, with emphasis on the techniques and skills necessary for working with them in a variety of settings - recreational, educational, and therapeutic. Topics include a look at treatment facilities, mental health, substance abuse, and the dynamics of delinquency.Prerequisite/Corequisite: ENG 1530 and either PSY 1510, EDU 1510, or HUS 1210.
