INT8555 — Inquire S.E.
This course engages transfer, returning, and advanced first-year students in hands-on exploration of topics related to diversity and social justice. Students will investigate the various sides of a unique, diversity-related question or issue, which differs by class section. The problem-based approach helps students make connections across relevant fields of study. Students also strengthen their critical thinking skills as they weigh diverse perspectives and source material. They will leave the course being better prepared for the challenges and opportunities they will encounter as advancing college students and citizens of the modern world. Eligibility: ENG 1510 without supports of Corequisite: ENG 1510 with supports. Prerequisite: 12 credit hours of college coursework, excluding JCC College Connections coursework, or permission of the instructor.
