This degree program prepares students to operate in an increasingly interconnected world by promoting critical perspectives on the social, cultural, environmental, political, and economic issues and processes associated with globalization. By exposing students to a variety of academic disciplines and world cultures, the program seeks to strengthen needed competencies for continued education in any number of fields, in particular those related to global, international, or cultural studies.
