LAW 195 — Legal Research * (3 Hours)

Upon successful completion of this course, the student should be able to demonstrate basic legal research skills: developing a research plan, retrieving primary and secondary sources, analyzing and citing the sources, and cite-checking the citations. In addition, students will demonstrate introductory proficiency with digital legal research platforms.
