Introduces students to the subject of statistical process control (SPC). Course focus on basic concepts that includes process flowcharting, check sheets/tally charts, histograms, graphs, Pareto analysis, cause and effect analysis, scatter diagrams, control charts and process capability. 3 lecture hours
