Discuss and examine public and private bidding procedures, the offer,counteroffer, acceptance, contract terms, negotiation, and finally the written contract and execution. We will examine construction contracts, letters of credit, letters of intent, bonds and disputes, change orders, amendments, and common pitfalls, UCC provisions, remedies, breeches and resolutions will also be discussed.
