Hear from policy experts who are advancing changes to current laws to protect and expand the rights of tenants, to address tenant discrimination and the right of tenants to live in a safe, decent home. Landlords are using credit reporting agencies that put renters on a "blacklist" for going to court to have a home that is safe and habitable.
