NCHCPCS089 — C.N.A. Prep
This is a review class available only to students that have completed Nursing I at MCCC. The review class takes place on the first day of the course. The second day of the course is the skills test that is required for licensure for the State of NJ. Oncestudents pass the skills test, they will be approved to self-schedule for the written test through PSI(a testing agency contraced with the State of NJ). Students who successfully complete both tests will be immediately issued a provisionary CNA license NJ Dept of Health and Senior Services, which will allow students to start looking for a job as CNAs.
