Students will learn basic stance, basic arm and body movements and positions most often seen in Egyptian style belly dance. Moves include upper body isolations, hip movements, undulations, travel moves and basic combinations. A choreography suitable for performance will be taught that will continue into the next level. A portion of each class will be devoted to warm up and cool down.
