(G only) Introduction to molecular techniques used in the study of nucleic acids. Topics include DNA and RNA isolation, an introduction to bioinformatic methods, agarose gel electrophoresis, qPCR or RT-qPCR, and PCR. PRE- or Three hours laboratory each week. 1 semester hour Course
