Description: Covers the fundamental legal principles pertaining to business transactions. Provides and overview of an introduction to the legal process and dispute resolution. Coverage of federal and state court systems and a comprehensive study of contracts under the common law and the Uniform Commercial Code. Additional coverage includes include sources of law, business ethics, constitutional law, tort law, agency, business organizations, and criminal law as applied to business. 54.00 hours lecture.
