Description: An introduction to the principles of crisis-intervention management. Study of treatment modalities regarding child maltreatment, adolescent crises, and intimate partner violence. Emphasis on developing knowledge, skills and abilities to respond accordingly to crisis situations in a variety of practice settings in the career pathway of social work, human services, and counseling practices. 54.00 hours lecture.
