3 Cr. Per Week: 3 Lec. An analysis of the factors influencing individual performance, interpersonal relationships, and small group effectiveness in organizations. Current issues in Human Resource Management will be discussed. Emphasis will also be placed on certain basic managerial functions such as: employee selection, interviewing, training, development, evaluation, work organization, reward systems, and collective bargaining.
