CUL215 — International Cuisine
3 Cr. Per Week: 1 Lec., 6 Lab This course is a continuation of advanced food preparation. International cuisine is the main area of emphasis. Attention is given to classic and ethnic foods of various regions of the world. As part of the learning experience, students will be required to take part in college-sponsored catering activities such as the annual dinners.
