HOS203 — Hotel Operations II

3 Cr. Per Week: 2 Lec., 3 Lab The student will gain hands on experience working in an associated hotel, focusing on guest service and safety along with daily operations. This class will be organized in lab format with a total of 45 hours of on-the-job experience must be completed to receive course credit, along with any other related course work such as journals, research papers, performance appraisals, etc. This course focuses on hotel front and back of house positions: front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, sales, etc. Usually all semester Pre-Requisites: HOS 103 Click here for the Class Schedule
