PAS207 — Bakery Experience II

2 Cr. Per Week: 6 Lab This course encompasses the daily operation of a working bakery. Building on the skills introduced and practiced in previous labs, the student will now reinforce these skills in the production kitchen and in Savor, the student driven restaurant. The focus of the course will be ala carte desserts and bread service in the restaurant and pastries for college functions.
