Credits: This course focuses on introducing advanced pastry and bakery techniques and methods. This advanced pastry and bakery course will consist of lecture, demonstration, and hands-on work by students. In each class session students will be introduced to a topic and have the opportunity to practice and refine their skill in production of desserts, pastries, and artisanal bread.
