FSA215 — Beer and Wine Pairing

Credits: This course is a study on wine and beer within the food service industry, pairing each of them with different types of cuisines, developing beer and wine programs, and understanding the cultural significance of each item. In each class session, students will be introduced to new types of beer or wine and have the opportunity to sample the products for taste, texture, and compatibility.
