Credits: Event/Catering Management provides the student an opportunity to explore the functions of planning, developing, budgeting, marketing, and evaluating meetings and special events. This course will provide the fundamentals for executing the management of special events and catering. This course will have a lab component at the end of the semester. Approved uniform required.
