EVMG2200 — Adventure WV Tourism Mgmt
3 hr(s). This course provides a survey of outdoor adventure options in the West Virginia tourism industry. Students learn the management practices of tourism venues throughout the state. Discussions will include whitewater rafting, rock climbing, outdoor trail guidance, winter sports, etc. The course will include discussions in marketing and promotion, customer needs and expectations, safety and liability, and overall budget management.
