This course is designed to students in the service industries develop foundational knowledge and tools to increase cultural sensitivity; recognize the benefit, impact and challenges created by cultural differences; and improve cultural competence and communication. Practical leadership, customer service skills, and team building approaches to organizational behavior will be presented.
