3 hr(s). A study of clinical assessment, the nutrition care process, as well as normal dietary patterns and specific modifications for disease. This course will address conditions related to the upper and lower GI tract, cardiovascular system, and hepatobiliary system along with enteral and parenteral feedings. Prerequisite(s): FOSM 1110 with a grade of “C” or better Restriction(s): Dietary Management majors only
