FOSM2204 — Quantity Food Production Lab

2 hr(s). Students will apply principles and methods of quantity food production using institutional equipment and evaluate food with consideration given to quality control and cost control. Prerequisite(s): FOSM 2203 , and must be taken concurrently with FOSM 2202 Restriction(s): Food Service Management majors
