HOTL 250 - Hotel Operations and Practicum HOTL 250 - Hotel Operations and Practicum Description This course is an applied lab that will introduce you to various areas of hotel operations in guest relations, operations and food and beverage (F&B). This practicum consists of an orientation, and a rotation practicum working with a SAIT hotel industry partner. With practical experience in each division of the organization, you will learn how each department in hotel management impacts overall operations. 3 Credits Time Guidelines The standard instructional time for this course is 172.5 hours.
