Introduction to Bank Secrecy Act and Money Laundering This course provides and introduction to the legal framework involving the Bank Secrecy Act and the role of banks in the United States in combating and preventing money laundering and terrorist financing. Topics include review and reporting requirements, assessing risks of services and entities, identification of suspicious activity and associated sanctions.
