Principles of Management This course provides an overview of the major functions of management. Emphasis is placed on planning, organizing, controlling, directing and communicating. Topics include management theory, ethical and social responsibilities required of managers, decision making, organizational culture, motivating employees, increasing cooperation within groups and teams, and global management.
