CULA 250 — Menu Planning and Development
This course is desig ned to introduce students to the business side of the food service industry. Through the hands-on planning of a hospitality operation, students will learn the importance and intricacies of food and beverage menus, business plans, equipment layout, design, and state regulations. Prerequisite(s): CULA-102, CULA 103, CULA-110, CULA- 120, CULA-130, CULA-140 (or HSMP-101), MATH-040 or appropriate placement Corequisite(s): none
