BIOL 205 — Basic Anatomy and Physiology I
This is the first semester of a two-semester course designed to introduce allied health majors and non-science majors to the fundamentals of anatomy (body structures) and physiology (body functions). This semester, the emphasis is on basic cell biology, histology, and the integumentary, skeletal, muscular, nervous, and endocrine systems. Diseases, disorders, drug actions, and therapeutic procedures will be used to reinforce basic concepts of normal anatomy and physiology.
