ED 1200 — Foundations of Teaching and Learning for Apprentices 2
This course prepares teacher candidates to create inclusive, culturally responsive classrooms for E-12 learners. Topics include human relations, diversity, classroom management, and special education. Candidates explore strategies for equity, collaboration, and effective communication with families and communities. Special education content covers exceptionalities, gifted education, legal and ethical frameworks, curriculum adaptations, and positive behavior supports.
