TCA 201 — Hospitality Career Development Units: 3

The purpose of this course is to prepare students for fulfilling, balanced careers as hospitality professionals. The course takes a strategic orientation to career planning (3 to 5 years); and facilitates student development of effective verbal, non-verbal, and written expression skills.
